Respect your no!

Susan Feder, www.coaching4tomorrow.com writes: What does that mean exactly? When we say no to something, do we really mean it or are we letting our guilt strings change it to yes? When you say no to something, respect that feeeling and stick with your NO.

In addition, if someone says no to you, respect that also. If you really want them to go with you and you know that normally they would go, then respect their no, and if it is important to you, find out why they are saying no. If they are overwhelmed and can't make it, then offer to help them. Again, if they honestly don't want to go, respect that! People say no for different reasons, sometimes they don't even know why themselves.

So the next time you say no to something or someone, listen to yourself and respect that feeling. Have the courtesy to respect others no also!

Have a fab day!
